Skiing in Karpacz
Karpacz is one of the most famous polish tourist centres. Its location at the foot of The Śnieżka monuntain – the highest peak in The Karkonosze mountain range makes it attractive for all of the people who like to spend their holiday or a free time active. You can enjoy many kilometers of trails in the mountains, stop for a rest in one of a few hostels and The Czech Republic is just on the other side of the mountains. Karpacz is very popular among polish, german and duch people during whole year.

Skiing in Karpacz
There is a ski complex in town called „Kopa” with seven ski lifts (chair lifts and T-bar lifts) and two ski slopes with a few downhill routes. The longest one is called „Zbyszek” and is 2229 meters long . The highest section of that route marked in red which means it is for expirienced skiers. There is one more red marked ski route on the whole complex and it is on the second slope „Złotówka”. Other ski routes are marked in blue which means they are in easy and medium level of difficulty. If you are a beginner or want to try to ski there are more than 10 ski slopes in the town of Karpacz. They are easy and the best to start to learn how to ski. Their lenghts are up to 320 meters and they are fitted with T-bar lifts only.
